Not all oil-free face lotions are completely free
of oil. If the emulsification is oil in water, and not water in oil, then
the label can legally say it's oil-free. This isn't that big a deal if you have
normal, dry or marginally oily skin. But if you have very oily skin check
the ingredients before you make a purchasing decision.
