It took a couple of weeks to grow on me, but I have to admit, this is a pretty impressive scrub. It gives a deep clean feeling, but is somehow still surprisingly gentle. I use this in conjunction with the Menscience face lotion. With the exception of a brief adjustment period these products have kept my face pretty clear.

Great product. It is one of the scrubs that foams while using it. If you want to limit the foam action just apply to dry face and go. Also works as facial cleanser so you might bypass that step. Has no distinguished smell to it and has lots of scrubbing particles ( perfect sized ones) not to big not to small, just right.

there are scrubs with big and with small particles, with few and with lots of them - this scrub has really a lot of small particles and this is exactly what i like about a scrub.

I received a sample packet of this product with some other items I purchased from Mens Essentials. I tried it and loved it. I have used other scrubs before from Nivea and other well-known brands, but this is the best so far.

I used it after using Menscience daily facial lotion ( which is indeed an ultralight / amazing porduct). But this scrub was little harsh on my sensitive skin. So I stopped using it but my brother liked it because his skin is not sensitive like mine. So this product is probably not for the sensitive-skin-type.!!!

This is a great facial scrub. It lathers up just the right amount and has the right amount and size of scrubbing particles. It is also good when used in conjunction with the facial scrubbing brush for a bit of extra exfoliation. It washes off cleanly and easily. I have a very thick beard and using this before I shave has made a world of difference even without the use of any other pre-shave lubricants.

I sometimes suffer from flaky skin, but since using the Face Scrub, my skin has felt smooth and refreshed. Most exfoliating scrubs are too harsh for my face, and leave my skin red and blotchy, and feeling very painful. The Microfine Face Scrub is so gentle, I can use it several times a week to really help get rid of dead skin and dirt, and it doesn't bother my face at all.

I just used this for the first time this morning, and found it to be excellent. Pay heed to the directions - you can really be gentle with it and it scrubs quite effectively.

This scrub I would consider on the "aggressive" end of the spectrum. Its almost a bit too harsh for my face (combination skin), and the AHA/BHAs in the ingredients slightly aggravate the redness I have after using this product. If you've sensitive skin, avoid this product! I wouldn't use this product more than 1-2 times a week because of how aggressive it is. However, it does scrub well, and it cleans well, rinsing cleanly. Really expensive for a scrub too.

Simply a great product. I've tried and reviewed many different products for my skin type (oily/normal). The 3 essentials (no pun intended) I was looking for 1)Exfoliation WITHOUT drying 2) not too harsh 3) And help with my ingrown hairs (PFB) this product REALLY helped me with. It's safe to use daily (especially the night before a shave. And don't let the price scare you...it lasts a very long time even with regular use. Awesome!!

I really like this scrub. It has LOTS of small particles, and when I use it I feel as if my face is getting a very thorough scrubbing and cleansing without getting irritated. I've been very pleased with all of the MenScience products I've tried, and this one is no exception. 5 stars from me

Awesome product, really does a good job of getting your face squeaky clean and doesn't leave it dry or with any heavy after feel. It's pricey but it's worth it even for guys who have dry/combination skin like me.

Great product! Larger "scrubbers" than I thought it would have. Very comparable to Zirh Scrub, and it's even cheaper for the amount you get.

Scratch my last review...Zirh Scrub is cheaper for the amount you get, so I'll be sticking with that. Still a great product though.

it really irritated my skin. Increases sensitivity to the sun, be aware of that. Didn't like it at all. I would say it's a bit dangerous to use this product; however, if it works for others, great.
