Has a nice refreshing scent and does a great job of removing dirt and oil and reducing shine.

So far it is the best toner I have ever used.

I highly recommend Baxter's Mint Toner. It has helped make my skin look clearer, has helped reduce razor bumps, and takes down the shine. It's my favorite toner thus far.

This one was a bit of a double edged sword for me. It left my skin feeling refreshed, & it seems to do a decent job of cleaning, but for some reason it actually increased shine on my skin. A ggod product, but I opted to use this before bed rather than during the day.

I agree that this toner actually increases shine! I still like it though. It seems to give my skin a smoother look and feel. I use it before going to bed at night, so the shine doesn't bother me. I also notice the benefits the next morning.

This was the first toner I've ever used, so I'm not really sure how to gauge it. The scent was nice and it definitely lifted a lot of the left over dirt and oil from my face after washing, but I didn't really feel the effects on my face. Also, the bottle leaks, I ended up getting about 5-8 oz instead of 10 because of it. Luckily, it lasts pretty long.

this stuff is amazing. a great minty smell. i used to put cheap aftershave on my face after shaving, so not feeling a burning sensation on razor nicks while using toner this took some getting-used-to. i don't know where the shiny thing comes from, i don't notice anything, but i have normal to dry skin and i use anthony logistic oil-free moisterizer afterwards.

The toner rocks, it feels good on your skin.
The new bottle it comes in, however, is cheap junk. It doesn't look near as cool as the old bottle and it LEAKS!

Almost ALL the new blue Baxter bottles leak. I carry my stuff to the bathroom (I'm not home right now) and each time I have some form of goop at the bottom of my bag. Anyway....this toner is good stuff. The best I have used, and I highly suggest it to anyone. Feel cool and crisp on the face, especially in this desert climate. Just be careful with the new bottle, thats all. Baxter says they are aware of the problem and will be fixing it soon. Good people over there.

I'm in love with Baxter, just not his toner, but I don't blame him, I think it's the witch hazel, it always makes my face extremely white and I have dark features so everyone will tell me I look tired when using anything containing it, can anyone suggest a hydrating toner without witch hazel?
