I have slightly dry skin, and it's been a hassle trying to find something that would clean my face, that I could use every day, and wouldn't really dry out my skin.
the search is over now though. Brilliant.

I rated this product as "good" only because sometimes you have to shake it up pretty good before usage-- some of the ingredients settle to the bottom. However, the face wash itself has a very nice and mild scent. I bought 3 bottles. You can't beat the price!

Not particularly impressed. Very light, no scent, exactly like Cetaphil. Go for men-u face wash instead.

I have normal to dry skin.
If you have dry to normal skin, or find the men-u cleanser too drying -- this is the product for you. My skin couldn't handle the men-u cleanser, and this does a great job at making me feel squeaky clean without drying my face out. Great clean and fresh feeling skin that isn't tight or "dry".
There is no smell, which is good or bad depending on what you want.
Consistency is similar to Kiehl's Foaming Gentle Facial Cleanser (another good product for those with dryish skin or sensitive skin), maybe slightly thinner -- but still a nice consistency. A little amount goes the distance on my face and does a good job cleaning. The bottle of this stuff just lasts and lasts.
I think for most people, if you have dry to normal skin, go with Baxter's; if you have normal to oily skin, go with Men-u. Both are fantastic products.

There's nothing really special about this product. It reminds me of the less expensive drug-store cleaners like Cetaphil and Phisoderm. It does clean, but has next to no lather; more similar to a creme cleanser. I don't like it for my combination skin, but I think its more suited for dry skin types because its very mild.

I have 2 bottles full of this stuff I wish I hadn't bought because I've since found much better face wash. I'll make an okay hand wash...lol. This is not really suited to combination/oily skin but if it's sensitive skin and value you're looking for this is the deal.

Leave my face feeling great in the morning. I use this twice a day, once in the morning with my scrub and once before bed alone. My face has never been happier. I would suggest this product to anyone looking for a great face wash.

Great product! Leaves my skin feeling clean and taut, yet not overly dry. My skin has visibly cleared since beginning use over 2 weeks ago.

This product is great. I love it but the bottle is really bad and it starts to leak from the moment you open it. It's very inconvenient if you travel with it.

My background / skin type: 28 yr old caucasian male, combo skin (oily T-zone).
Summary:
-Pros: Baxter of CA Daily Face Wash is an excellent mild cleanser that works well for even sensitive skin.
-Cons: May not provide a "deep clean" that some users may be looking for.
Packaging: 300 mL, plastic sturdy container. Does not leak when turned upside-down after initial opening.
Consistency: White, creamy cleanser with consistency similar to Cetaphil.
Smell: Unscented.
Use: A small dime-to-quarter size amount goes a long way. Spreads evenly and washed out completely without difficulty.
After rinse/drying: My face was not stripped or dried-out at all. I felt clean yet moisturized as well.
Recommendations: Great daily cleansing product for a wide audience. If a man is just beginning to a new skin care routine and is learning the ropes, this is a great cleanser to start with.
Review Weaknesses: Ingredient analysis. Could anyone chime in on this?
