Shopping Cart Help

Hey, this ain't rocket surgery. But if you're a little vague on the concept of e-commerce shopping carts, allow us to offer some clarity.

There are five basic steps to making a purchase on MenEssentials.com. In order, these are:

1. Place items in your cart;
2. View the contents of your cart;
3. Log into or create your customer account;
4. Select your delivery and payment methods;
5. Confirm your order and submit your payment.

STEP 1: Place Items in Cart
When you find a product you like, enter the item quantity and click ADD TO CART.

STEP 2: View Contents of Cart
When you've added as many items to your cart as you want, click "Checkout" at the top of any page on this site.

Here, you may remove items from your cart or adjust quantities and recalculate your subtotal. This is also the step where you can submit a coupon code, if you have one.

Click NEXT STEP» to log into or create your customer account.

STEP 3: Log into or Create Customer Account
To log into an existing account, enter your email address and password in the spaces provided. Your billing and shipping information will appear. Note that you may add new shipping addresses during this step in the checkout process. You may also change your billing address, if you need to.

Click NEXT STEP» to select your delivery and payment options.

STEP 4: Select Delivery and Payment Methods
Select a delivery method and a payment method. The delivery options that display vary according to the state or province you entered as part of your shipping address.

Click NEXT STEP» to review your order.

STEP 5: Create Order and Submit Payment
Review the details of your order and agree to the terms and conditions of our Privacy Statement.

Click SUBMIT ORDER» to place your order in our database and submit your payment for approval.

We use your credit card information only for the duration of the transaction, to obtain approval from your financial institution. For your security, we do not store your credit card information on any of our computers or web servers.

Your Credit Card Statement
Your order will appear on your monthly statement as "MenEssentials Corporation." For Amex statements, your order will appear as "MenEssentials Beverly Hills."
