If your order appears to be late, use your FedEx tracking number to trace your parcel. If the FedEx tracking information doesn't help, contact us and we'll hunt your order down for you or replace it if it's lost.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost parcels that are accepted by someone else on your behalf.
Damaged or Defective Items
We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items. Contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or if an item is defective. We will send out a replacement and arrange to have the damaged or defective item returned to us.
Missing or Wrong Items
Contact us immediately if you are missing items from your order, or if your order contains items that you did not purchase.
We will ship any missing items by standard delivery, usually no later than the next business day. If you received items that you did not purchase, we will arrange to have those items returned to us.
