We happily accept returns of UNUSED AND UNOPENED MenEssentials.com products if we receive your product return request within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.
We will not process refunds for items that have been opened or used, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Return shipping and handling fees are free to our customers in Canada and the USA only. We regret that we cannot extend this service to our overseas customers.
To return a product that you purchased from MenEssentials.com, contact us to request a return merchandise authorization. If you send us a message via our Contact Us page, it should include:
1. Your full name;
2. A valid email address;
3. Your shipping address and telephone number;
4. Your MenEssentials order number; and
5. A description of the item or items you would like to return.
We will email you a return shipping label with instructions on where to drop off your parcel. You will not be charged for return shipping.
Please note that we are unable to pay return shipping fees if you do not use the return shipping label we provide to you.
Please include a copy of your MenEssentials sales receipt with the item being returned.
We regret that we do not refund our original shipping costs with the return.
Return Refunds
We will issue a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return, if we receive your product return request within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. We do not accept product return requests after 30 days. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the purchaser's credit card.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and refund. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that your financial institution could take up to seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for returned products.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you want to cancel an order. Please have your MenEssentials sales receipt number on hand when you call. This will speed up the cancellation process.
Although we will do our best to cancel your order at once, our ability to do so depends on when the order was placed and when you contact us to cancel it. We therefore cannot guarantee that we will cancel your order before it ships.
If you request a cancellation AFTER you have received our shipment confirmation email, refuse delivery when your order arrives and it will be returned to us. We do not refund original or return shipping fees under such circumstances.
