Product Returns

Returning Products to the MenEssentials Boutique
We happily accept returns of UNUSED AND UNOPENED MenEssentials.com products if we receive your product return within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

Simply bring your return to the store for a no-quibble refund or exchange. Please note that we do not refund our original shipping cost, if you purchased the item from our web site and had it delivered to your home.

Returning Products Bought on MenEssentials.com
We happily accept returns of UNUSED AND UNOPENED MenEssentials.com products if we receive your product return within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS.

To return a product that you purchased from MenEssentials.com:

  1. Securely package the item in a crush-resistent corrugated cardboard shipping box. DO NOT return the item in a padded envelope. We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to improper packaging.
  2. Include a print copy of your email sales receipt in the box. Please indicate on the sales receipt the reason why your are returning this item.
  3. Mail your return to: MenEssentials, 348 Richmond Road, Ottawa ON Canada K2A 0E8
  4. We strongly recommend that you choose a traceable delivery method and insure your shipment against loss or damage.

We will notify you by email when we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or has been damaged in transit, email a digital image of the item to service@menessentials.com and we'll send you a replacement at our expense. If you would prefer a refund, please indicate your preference in the email. We will notify you by email when your replacement has been shipped or your refund has been processed.

Return Refunds
We will issue a full refund for the price of any item that you return, if we receive your product return request within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. We do not accept product return requests after 30 days. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the purchaser.

After we receive your return, it takes up to 5 business days to process a refund. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that your financial institution could take up to 7 business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.

We do not refund our original shipping costs with the return.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for products bought on MenEssentials.com.

Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you want to cancel an order. Please have your MenEssentials sales receipt number on hand when you call. This will speed up the cancellation process.

Although we will do our best to cancel your order at once, our ability to do so depends on when the order was placed and when you contact us to cancel it. We therefore cannot guarantee that we will cancel your order before it ships.

If you request a cancellation AFTER you have received our shipment confirmation email, refuse delivery when your order arrives and it will be returned to us. We do not refund original or return shipping fees under such circumstances.
