Shipping within Canada
MenEssentials ships from its Ottawa boutique to any address in Canada, including PO Boxes. Our preferred carrier is Canada Post.

Our shipping rates are listed below, by province. These are exact rates charged to us by Canada Post for our smallest box (9" x 7" x 5" x 1kg) with $100 insurance (free) and signature confirmation fee applied to it. We do not treat shipping as a profit center.

The delivery estimates that appear below are for major urban centers only and do not include our processing time, weekends, or holidays.

Shipping to the United States of America
MenEssentials ships from its Ottawa boutique to any address in the USA, including PO and APO/FPO boxes. Our preferred carrier is Canada Post. MenEssentials does not ship to US territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and the US Virgin Islands.

Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the United States are determined by U.S. Customs and Immigration and are the responsibility of the recipient.

No On-time Guarantee
We have no control over our shipping partners, their operations, or events that effect their delivery schedules. We therefore do not guarantee on-time delivery.

No Liability for Customer Errors
We are not responsible for customer errors in delivery address entry or delivery method selection. Furthermore, we cannot assist you in the recovery of your order if Canada Post or the US Postal Service successfully delivers it to an incorrectly submitted address (this includes incorrect zip/postal codes and multifamily dwellings with no unit number). We strongly urge you to review your order after you submit it to us, and contact us immediately if you find mistakes.

Weekdays
A weekday is a regular work day. Weekdays do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Processing Time
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed in 1-2 weekdays. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by noon on Monday.
