US Postal Service PO Boxes; US Military APO/FPO Addresses
MenEssentials does not deliver to US Postal Service post office boxes or US military APO/FPO addresses. We are not responsible if you choose to ship your order via FedEx to a USPS PO Box or US military APO/FPO address and your order is returned to us as undeliverable. An additional fee will apply to reship your goods to a deliverable street address. If you choose to cancel your order after such an instance of non-delivery, we will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund, as well as any additional charges FedEx applies for its return delivery service.

Post Office Boxes in Canada
MenEssentials delivers to post office boxes within Canada only; however, you must select Canada Post delivery as FedEx does not deliver packages to post office boxes. We are not responsible if you choose to ship your order via FedEx to a Canadian post office box and your order is returned to us as undeliverable. An additional fee will apply to reship your goods to a deliverable street address. If you choose to cancel your order after such an instance of non-delivery, we will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund, as well as any additional charges FedEx applies for its return delivery service.

Canadian Orders
MenEssentials' warehouse is located at FedEx Trade Networks in Ogdensburg, New York. Our warehouse picks and packs Canadian orders and exports them to our Ottawa boutique, where we label and ship them via FedEx Canada or Canada Post to all addresses in Canada. We pay all customs fees and duty charges for orders we import in this manner.

We import Canadian orders once per week, to reduce our costs and save you money on delivery. There will be a slight delay between the time you place your order and the time it ships from our Ottawa boutique.

If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will arrange to have it shipped directly from Ogdensburg, New York. Under such circumstances, we are not responsible for customs fees or duty charges applied to your order when it enters Canada. FedEx will collect these government levies at the time of delivery.

Our web site may have inventory that is not in stock at our boutique. We therefore currently do not offer in-store pick-up for orders placed through our web site.

Mandatory Ground Shipping
Due to governmental regulations, flammable or pressurized products can not be shipped by air. Please allow for extra shipping time, as you must choose FedEx Ground delivery for these products. Such products are clearly marked on our web site, and may be shipped only within Canada and to the 48 contiguous United States.

If your order contains flammable or pressurized products and you select a delivery method other than FedEx Ground, we will ship all unrestricted products by your chosen delivery method and all flammable or pressurized products in a separate ground shipment. An additional shipping fee may apply. Contact us for details.

Returns
We accept returns of UNUSED AND UNOPENED products if we receive your product return request within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. We do not process refunds for items that have been opened or used, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We do not refund our original shipping costs with the return.

If you return for a refund any items that were originally delivered to you under the terms of our free ground shipping offer, and your order drops below the free-shipping threshold, then we will deduct from your refund our fee for FedEx Ground delivery.

We do not offer exchanges for returned products.

No On-time Guarantee
We have no control over our shipping partners, their operations, or events that effect their delivery schedules. We therefore do not guarantee on-time delivery.

No Liability for Customer Data Entry Errors
We are not responsible for customer errors in delivery address entry or delivery method selection. Furthermore, we cannot assist you in the recovery of your order, if FedEx successfully delivers it to an incorrectly submitted address (this includes incorrect zip/postal codes and multifamily dwellings with no unit number). We strongly urge you to review your order after you submit it to us, and contact us immediately if you find mistakes.

No Liability for Non-delivery Due to Customer Absence
If you or your designated recipient are not home to accept your parcel, and the FedEx driver cannot locate a secure drop point for it, he or she may make up to two additional attempts to deliver your goods. We are not responsible if you or your designated recipient are absent during any of these delivery attempts and, as a result, FedEx returns the package to us as undeliverable. In such cases, an additional fee will apply to reship your goods. If you choose to cancel your order after such an instance of non-delivery, we will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund, as well as any additional charges FedEx applies for its repeated delivery attempts and return delivery service.
